First Ever LIVE Redline Trades - Two Wins!

I just wanted everyone to know that yesterday I started trading Redlines LIVE.  I made only two trades in the afternoon (after the morning had its way with me) and won both of them.  I was up 1.25 points on just those two trades.

Today, I started trading right at the open and won my first trade - 1.75 points - after 16 minutes.

Wow! I'm getting L-A-Z-Y I guess

Hello everyone!

I must apologize for not getting back on here an blogging more.  I have recommitted myself (with Sean's encouragement) to posting at least weekly to keep you up to date and informing you of my trades, etc.

If you are an active member of MMT, I post my full screenshots (details on particular trades) on GoogleDocs.  If you are interested in accessing these screenshots, please just let me know by email and, once you're verified, I'll invite you to view my GoogleDoc files.

Anyway, I just wanted everyone to know that I'm still trading and loving every minute of it!  :)

Way Too Long - Yet I'm "Trading In The Zone!"

It has been way too long since I have posted here.  I apologize.

After a quiet couple of months (December and January are notoriously lower in volume and movement) I am back into trading BIG TIME!

I've actually been trading all along, but just got lazy about posting.  That's the real truth.  In January I had a decent month.  I didn't trade a ton, but was still able to pull out 50% on my money.  Again, nowhere in the world gives you that kind of a return in that short of a time frame, unless you're doing something illegal, I guess.

Today's news announcement was "Unemployment Rate".  This tends to be the "big mover" lately with world economies using this announcement to judge the USA recovery.  A lot of traders wait for this announcement big time!

The news came out and the market went wild.  I got in and made my money in 11 seconds.  I gained 25%!  I was in and done and out of my trade for the day.

P.S.  Last weekend Market Mover Trading hosted a big event with its traders called Bright Futures Success Summit.  They had the author Mark Douglas come and speak (which cost a pretty penny, I'm sure).  Mr. Douglas has authored some of the best books in trading, including Trading In The Zone.  The seminar was AMAZING!!!  If you weren't there, I strongly recommend getting your hands on his book NOW!  It is the best!

No trade, then small win

Looking at the first trade, I should have gotten some great profit.  However, I simply did not execute the trade.  Had I gone with my gut, I would have gotten in and could have easily gotten about 6-8 points (because I was ready to use a trailing stop.

But I second-guessed myself, so I stayed out.  However, the ability to cash out on this trade was HUGE!  Someone could have turned $1000 into $2400 in just two minutes!

My second trade went well, but didn't really net much money.

For the month of November, I made 16 trades.  I won 11 of them and was up 9.5 points total.  I increased my trading account by $1900!  I challenge anyone to find any other way to make $1900 in one month by using $2000.  And I didn't make many trades.  Overall, I'm very pleased with a GREAT November.  I've been talking with a lot of my MMT friends who made MUCH more than me.  I am a very conservative trader.  I stay out of trades that don't particularly line up with my rules.

This week's stats - I made only four trades (I didn't get in to several trades because of minimal movement and my conservative nature).  I won three trades and lost one.   I was up 1.75 points (not a ton, I realize).

Regardless, it's a great way to make some extra cash.  Of course, I don't downplay the costs.  There are costs associated.  It needs to be something that works for you.  If you wonder if it will work for you, why not ask someone who's involved?  ME!  Call, text or email me - or fill out the form on the right.

One for the history books...

I had a no-trade and a losing trade today.  The first simply didn't move enough for me to capture the movement correctly.  So I stayed out.

The second moved more than expected and I got in short pretty early, while the market shot to the moon.

All together I am down 2.0 points today (stop loss).  Today was an educational day, for sure.
